"Dear Sarah - just a quick email to say thank you once again for the Chelsea Kit cake - Mark loved it and it was admired by all the guests at the party.  My cousin, whose cake-maker had let her down was also very impressed and I have given her a card which she said will come in handy should she have customers in our direction.
