The cake was a great hit!  Mum was delighted with it and there were many lovely compliments from her guests - and then another round of compliments when they all tasted it.  Next time we need a cake down south we'll definitely be calling you!   I handed out several of your cards and Mum has your fridge magnet in her kitchen.
